As a travel enthusiast from Ohio, I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ballylough House in Bushmills, just a short drive away from the stunning Giant's Causeway. the historical property is beautifully maintained with period rooms that exude charm and elegance. the spacious "tapestry" room I stayed in was not only comfortable but also boasted a king-sized bed and luxurious linens, making for a perfect night's sleep. One of the major highlights of my stay was the delightful made-to-order breakfast served in the magnificent dining room. Fresh fruit salad, traditional Irish breakfast, and a variety of bread options made for a delicious start to the day. the friendly staff ensured that everything was cooked to perfection and the portions were just right. It was a true taste of Irish hospitality. The house itself is a treasure trove of history and heritage, with ancestral decor that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. From the homely feel of the place to the beautiful architecture and furniture, every corner had its own story to tell. I particularly enjoyed exploring the gardens surrounding the house, taking in the peaceful and picturesque views. the attention to detail, impeccable service, and serene surroundings made it a perfect getaway. I would highly recommend this charming country house to anyone looking for a unique and relaxing stay near the stunning Giant's Causeway.
